John Osuna has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, a Masters in Public Administration and Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource at Uganda Management Institute and a Certificate in Advancement and Resource Mobilization from Rhodes University, South Africa.

He is the Administrative Assistant of GMD. His roles are:

• Support the Director GMD in addressing the Administrative concerns of GMD, in accordance with policies of the university.

• Support the Director GMD in ensuring efficient operational management and strategic planning for the GMD.

• Carry out Advancement and Resource Mobilization for the Female Scholarship foundation.
