Paul Kiggundu is the a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also holds a Diploma in Business Studies and did a short course in Public Financial Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

His roles at the Gender Mainstreaming Directorate are to:

• Support the Director GMD in finance and accounting of the Directorate in accordance with the financial and accounting instructions of Makerere University.

• Support the Director GMD in resource mobilization and sustainability of the Gender Mainstreaming Programme.
